Anyplace Media Group's service level agreements/SLAs feature annual preventative maintenance contracts – helping to minimise downtime. When a problem does occur we will respond immediately by telephone or email, and – subject to the type of SLA in force – we can have expert teams on site within a few hours.
Thanks to our massive purchasing power with the major digital screen and media player manufacturers we can often negotiate longer factory warranties (up to five years), ensuring product lifecycles match deprecation and other factors.
